What are you forming?

Pick the structure you need and we'll show you what it costs, what's required, and how long it takes in your jurisdiction.

Not sure which fits? Answer four questions and we'll tell you which structure your situation actually needs.

The sequence

How a formation runs

Day counts are real ranges from cases we've filed, not best-case marketing numbers.

  1. 01

    Tell us what you need

Pick the entity type and country. Answer the questions for that jurisdiction — usually 10 to 15 of them. Save and come back any time; nothing is lost.

    Day 0
  2. 02

We check it before it goes anywhere

A formation specialist reviews your details against the registry's rules and tells you about problems now, not after a rejected filing.

    Day 0–1
  3. 03

    Documents and identity

Upload what the jurisdiction requires. We tell you exactly which documents, for which people, in which format.

    Day 1–2
  4. 04

    Filing

Your case is filed with the registry. You can see the status change as it moves.

    Day 2–8
  5. 05

    Certificate issued

Incorporation documents land in your document vault. You keep them; we keep a copy and remind you before the first renewal.

    Day 6–15

Why it's handled properly

The parts that usually go wrong, don't

Filed by someone licensed where you're filing

Every case is handled by a specialist who holds the relevant licence in that jurisdiction. You never have to find, vet, or manage them.

One point of contact

You deal with us. We deal with everything behind it. No chasing a local agent in a timezone you don't share.

You can see where it is

Every stage is timestamped in your account. If something is waiting on you, you'll know within the hour.

If a filing is rejected, we fix it

Rejections happen. Refiling is on us, not billed as a new order.

Coverage

Where you can form, and what it takes

Whether you need to be there in person matters more than almost anything else, so it's in the table rather than buried in an FAQ.

Our fee and the government fee are always shown separately.

Government fees are set by the registry and we pass them through at cost. If a jurisdiction raises its fee mid-application, we tell you before we file, and you decide.

No renewal charge you didn't agree to. No document you already paid for held back.

Questions

The things people actually ask

Can't find it? Talk to someone before you commit to anything.

Yes. Most of the jurisdictions we cover allow non-resident founders, and the whole process is remote. A few — the UAE free zones in particular — need you present for one step, and we tell you which before you pay.
