Regulatory Disclosures & Claims Register
Statutory boundaries distinguishing Incorbase software coordination, licensed local partner execution, banking introductions, and verified claims.
1. Service Boundaries & Licensing Distinctions
Incorbase operates as a technology and corporate filing coordination platform. We do not provide legal advice or act directly as a sovereign registrar. All statutory legal representation, resident agent appointments, notarial acts, and official registry filings are executed exclusively by independently licensed, vetted attorneys, chartered accountants, and authorized TCSPs in each local jurisdiction.
2. Banking & Payment Institution Introductions
Incorbase is not a credit institution, bank, or licensed payment service provider. Banking and payment gateway introductions are referral services. All account openings, approvals, and fee schedules remain subject to the sole, independent underwriting, KYC, and AML compliance discretion of the receiving financial institution. No account opening or outcome is guaranteed.
3. Jurisdiction Coverage & SLA Claims Verification
Public figures regarding jurisdiction coverage (40+ jurisdictions) and case study turnaround times are maintained in an approved internal claims register with verified statutory registry documentation and evidence logs. Case study metrics reflect historical outcomes and do not guarantee identical processing intervals during registry backlogs or elevated compliance reviews.
4. Compliance Oversight & Review Cycle
All public regulatory and performance representations are subject to bi-annual audit by our Compliance Director and Money Laundering Reporting Officer (MLRO).
