Who you're actually dealing with

We ask you for passports and proof of address. It would be strange not to publish our own registration details in return.

Registration and supervision

Company formation is a regulated activity in most of the markets we operate in. These are the registrations that let us do it, and the bodies that supervise us.

The network

How we vet and supervise filing partners

We don't publish who they are — the network is how we guarantee the work, not a directory for you to shop in. We do publish exactly what they have to clear to be in it.

01

Licence verification

We check the licence directly with the issuing authority, not from a copy the applicant sends us, and we re-check it before every renewal date.

02

Capability assessment

Entity types, jurisdictions and turnaround history, evidenced with filings they've actually made rather than a capability statement.

03

Supervised trial period

New partners start on a limited caseload with every filing reviewed before submission until their rejection rate holds.

04

Ongoing measurement

Turnaround, rejection rate and SLA breaches are tracked per partner. Routing weights follow the numbers, and persistent underperformance ends the relationship.
